Hunter's B400 Brake Tester Provides A Complete Brake System Analysis in 30 Seconds
With Hunter's B400 Brake Tester brake performance can be tested – in thirty seconds or less. Simply drive on, stop and drive off. Hunter's B400 Brake Tester measures vehicle brake force and deceleration. Results are displayed on a color monitor, with easy-to-read graphics color-coded for “pass” or “fail”. B400 testing includes:

B400 Measures Brakes Like They Operate On The Road
Real life emergency stops require a hard stop, with most vehicle weight going to the front wheels. The combination of Hunter's patented wheel base and center of gravity estimating program and a real world stop procedure insure that the B400 measures brakes as they perform on the road. Brake balance from side to side is also evaluated to eliminate pulling and stability problems.
Detects Problems Others Miss
Unlike other brake testing methods, the B400 takes into account rear-to-front weight shift during braking – just as it would occur on the road. The B400 lets you identify problems that can't be detected by wheel-off inspection.
Automatic Operation
The B400 can be programmed to run a pre–selected test sequence on car after car, or the operator can control the procedure using the keyboard, mouse or wireless remote.
